Due to our high standard of work we are able to offer a ten year warranty (subject to terms) as we are members of the FEDERATION OF MASTER BUILDERS warranty scheme and have also been chosen to join" TRUSTMARK", a goverment endorsed scheme. We are in the process of joining CHAS & CONSTRUCTION LINE. All our work is carried out under written contract, agreed and signed by both parties and you, the customer, keep a 2.5% retention of the contract price for a six month period after completion of works. 95% of our work arises from recomention.
